I always talk to chinese people in the web and they all say , like if i say “i can’t afford some software”, they say “Why don’t you just download it?”, and i don’t mean little bit of music here and there .. i mean, the whole “Windows XP” or “3D Maya software”, etc. and they say even their teachers in university promote it.
